uubd Terms and Conditions

Please read all the terms below in full before registering on this platform or using any of its services. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and uubd.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the uubd platform. In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to anyone who accesses this platform or opens an account. "uubd", "we" or "platform" refers to this website and its associated services. By accessing the platform or completing registration, you are considered to have agreed to the full content of these Terms.

Important: These Terms are a legal agreement. Do not use any service without reading them in full. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

1 General Provisions

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using uubd's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

The Bengali version of these Terms shall serve as the authoritative document. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation provided by uubd shall be considered final.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided through uubd's website, mobile application and other digital channels. Services include: sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, fishing games and other gaming products.

1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies also serve as governing documents for your use of the services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy, the provisions of these Terms shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use uubd's services:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ is required for all casino and betting activities).
  2. You must be a permanent or legal resident of Bangladesh.
  3. You must hold a valid National ID card or passport.
  4. You must have a valid mobile number and personal banking details.
  5. You must not be a person previously banned by uubd.

Age Verification: uubd may request identity documents to verify your age at the time of registration or at any other time. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.1 Restricted Persons

Officers, employees, consultants of uubd and their family members are subject to specific restrictions regarding betting or playing on this platform. Such individuals must obtain authorisation from management before opening an account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. Family members wishing to open separate accounts using the same address or device must contact us in advance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate. uubd reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided regarding name, date of birth, mobile number or payment details.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

uubd may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This process may require a National ID card, passport, bank statement or other supporting documents. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

uubd processes transactions through mobile banking and banking channels available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase if KYC verification is incomplete or a security review is in progress.

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source. Transactions using third-party payment methods are prohibited. The payment method used on the account must be registered in the name of the account holder.

Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without wagering or playing — the applicable verification process must be completed in such cases.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

uubd offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are described in detail on the promotions page. General bonus rules are set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses may only be used on specified games or markets — each offer will state the eligible games/markets.
  • No funds earned from a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — please check the terms of the specific promotion.
  • uubd's decision is final regarding any bet or game played using a bonus balance.
  • If any individual or group is found to be abusing the bonus system, the relevant accounts will be closed.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotions

uubd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Registered members will be notified as reasonably possible when changes are made to an ongoing promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is accepted without your knowledge due to a technical error or incorrect odds, uubd reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned in full. If the result changes after the event has taken place, uubd will settle the bet according to applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Failure

uubd is not liable if a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, device issues or other technical reasons. The data logged on the game server shall be considered final.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If an unusual or suspicious pattern is detected on any bet, uubd may withhold payment until an investigation is complete. If there is evidence of match-fixing or any other illegal activity, the account will be permanently closed.

7 Security and Privacy

uubd uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to protect your personal information. Full details of how your information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7.1 Information Sharing

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or essential for service delivery. Even then, only the necessary information will be shared.

7.2 Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to this cookie policy.

8 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while holding an account on uubd:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or scripts.
  • Deliberately abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
  • Attempting to find and exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner towards other users or staff.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

If evidence of a violation of these prohibitions is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by uubd

uubd may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, security risk, failed KYC verification or legal requirement.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is essential to withdraw your balance before closing the account — claiming a balance after account closure may be difficult.

9.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any legitimate balance will be returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to fraud or abuse, the funds may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubd will not be liable for the following:

  • Service interruption caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
  • Errors or inconsistencies in third-party game software.
  • Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
  • Force majeure events — service being unavailable due to natural disaster, war or government restrictions.

uubd's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount you deposited in the three months preceding the relevant incident.

11 Responsible Gaming Provisions

uubd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income. We encourage all our members to play safely and responsibly.

Our responsible gaming guidelines include detailed information on self-exclusion, deposit limits, session limits, and signs of problem gambling. If you feel concerned about your gaming habits, seek help immediately.

21+ Age Requirement: The minimum age for all casino and betting activities is 21 years. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If you know of any minor using this platform, please inform us without delay.

uubd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
